ANNOUNCEMENT OF RAMUNIA 2ND QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

The Board of Directors of Ramunia Holdings Berhad approved the announcement of the quarterly report on consolidated results of the company and its group of companies for the second quarter ended 30th April 2005.

The second quarter results were prepared on the consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries, being, Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd, the main operating company, and the newly incorporated Ramunia International Holdings Limited and MS Herkules Sdn Bhd.

Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd reports the following results for the quarter ended 30th April 2005:

The Group registered consolidated revenue of RM48.72 million for the second quarter ended 30th April 2005, being the revenue contributed by Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd. This is attributed to substantial progress made in the projects at hand.

The Exceptional Items for quarter ended 31 January 2005 amounted to RM36.9 million comprise mainly of the corporate exercise expenses and loss on disposal of Saship Holdings Berhad of RM3 million and RM33.5 million respectively.

The Group remains positive of achieving its targets for the financial year ending 31 October 2005.
