| News Coverage Ramunia up on stake sale talks Share of oil and gas fabricator, Ramunia Holdings Bhd, were higher after announcing that its parent may sell its stake to Sime Darby Bhd. Ramunia Gained 3 sen, or 2.42 per cent, to close at RM1.27. Sime Darby was unchanged at RM6. Last Friday, Ramunia told Bursa Malaysia that its parent, Ramunia Energy & Marine Corp Sdn Bhd (Remcorp), is now in “preliminary discussion with Sime Darby” to sell a stake in Ramunia. Remcorp holds a 54.3 per cent stake in Ramunia as at end-February. Ramunia also said that it won a RM200 million engineering contract for an oilfield project in Terengganu last week.
