Ramunia has successfully completed its first project, namely the major fabrication of jacket, topside and compression module for Petronas Carigali's gas fields located in offshore Sabah. The Kinarut platform, as it is known, is the longest jacket ever fabricated in Malaysia to date.
Up to 30 September 2004, we have achieved over 2 million man-hour work without loss time due to injury.
Subsequently,we have successfuly completed and delivered 910 metric tonnes topsides on schedule for Sabah Shell Petroleum Co. Ltd on 7 July 2004.
The strong performance of the Group is further recognised with the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate, awarded by Det Norske Veritas on 15 September 2004. On top of it, the Group received the Gold Award from ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia, Inc in recognition of safety excellence for achieving 200,000 man-hour work without loss time due to injury.
