RAMUNIA Fabricators Sdn Bhd (RFSB) was incepted on 17 January 2001 with a paid-up capital of RM5 million (USD$ 1.23M) and is an oil & gas company with 100% Bumiputra shareholding. Our aim is to achieve a global presence in the years to come.

MS HERKULES Sdn Bhd was formed in early 2005 to provide a professional yet competitive service in all aspects of cranes and heavy equipments fabrication. By capitalizing on its principal extensive experience, MS HERKULES aspires to grow and expand without sacrificing the personal service that an independent company can guarantee.

Our scope ranges from the complete tailor made design and fabrication of small and large offshore marine crane complemented by provision of crane personnel to the steel fabrication of heavy equipments.

The company's is located down south at the Teluk Ramunia. The first directors have between them over 40 years experience in the heavy fabrication and crane and lifting industry.

Ramunia International Holdings Ltd. (RINT) was incorporated on the 8th of March 2005, under the Labuan Offshore Companies Act, 1990.

RINT was established as an investment company holding company to hold shares in Ramunia's foreign ventures. To date, RINT holds shares in the following entities:

i) PT Sarana Transglobal Jaya : 51%
ii) Ramunia Arabia Ltd : 40%
