Ramunia Holdings Berhad ("Ramunia") was incorporated on 18 November 2003, and is the parent company of Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd ("RFSB"). RFSB is the main operating company for the Group was incorporated on 17 January 2001.
RFSB was awarded its first fabrication contract by Petronas Carigali for Kinarut KINDP-A Platform and EWAC Module in the year 2002.
Subsequently Ramunia was listed on Bursa Malaysia in 2005 and from there on RFSB has secured contracts from Petronas Carigali, Shell, Talisman, Murphy, Exxon Mobil, Woodside and more. RFSB have executed more than 16 modules & topside structures and 15 substructures fabrications.
Moving forward, we have moved our operations to a new fabrication yard in Sandakan, Sabah.
