Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group (MSWG) in collaboration with the University of Nottingham (Malaysia Campus) made a joint survey on Corporate Governance. MSWG successfully launched the Second Expanded Edition of Corporate Governance Screencard 2006 and Dividend Survey 2006 at a Half-Day Seminar held at the Conference Room, Bursa Malaysia Berhad.

The findings of the Corporate Governance survey are presented in three separate reports which inclusive of Main Board PLCs, Small Cap PLCs and Second Board & MESDAQ PLCs.

From the findings, we are now the top 10 leaders – Corporate Governance Score for the Second Board & MESDAQ PLCs category and we are at number six behind Gadang Holdings Berhad, Formis Resources Berhad, JOTECH Holdings Berhad, Scientex Packaging Berhad, Toyochem Corporation Berhad, Dreamgate Corporation Berhad and Hai – O Enterprise Berhad.
